A nearby bus stop located just 110m from the flat provides direct connections to the city centre. An alternative to buses are SKM trains, as the station is 900m away. The balcony overlooks a playground and green areas. It takes 30 minutes to reach Skwer Kościuszki, thanks to the direct bus connection. From Skwer Kościuszki you can go to the beaches or to the Gdynia Aquarium, as well as see the "Dar Pomorza", the museum ship.
